CUAIL Terms of Service (Beta)

Last updated: 6 October 2026

CUAIL is a beta product made by Electron Plus Instruments Limited. It may change, break, or lose data. Your projects are files on your PC: keep your own backups of anything important.
Your designs are yours. We claim no rights over anything you create with CUAIL.
CUAIL is free to download and use. A free account adds the BOM tools and copying parts from the online library to your PC. Paid plans add advanced features, and faster autorouting and simulation on our servers; you can stop a paid plan at any time.
Do not use CUAIL or our servers for unlawful content, or to attack the service itself.
CUAIL and the service are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Automated access and data extraction. You may not scrape, crawl, bulk-download, mirror or otherwise systematically extract the CUAIL component library, parts catalogue, datasheet index or any other CUAIL data, whether by scripts, bots, browser automation or other automated means, or by manual collection intended to reproduce it. We apply usage limits to protect the service. If we detect automated or abusive access, including abuse of the AI assistant, we will suspend the account immediately and without prior notice, pending manual review. Where abuse is confirmed we may close the account.
